Campground review of RVacation in Selma, NC

Some states have great rest stops for catching a few zzzz’s. I discovered on my December sabbatical trip that NC is not one of them when towing. I was grateful to find a campground just off the highway…but was it worth the cost?

Our first stay in a city owned RV park

I  was looking for a RV park along the ocean near one of the redwood state parks.  According to the RV Parky app, Shoreline RV Park fit the criteria.   This was our first stay in a city/county park as this RV park is managed by the local government (http://crescentcity.org/)

While Steve was preparing his oceanography curriculum, he was intrigued by the changes to the ecosystem since the Mount St Helens eruption.  As he analyzed the data, he tossed aside assumed conclusions and simply focused on the data before him.   Steve’s mind began to marvel in ways of God with a new hunger.  I think it may be the perfect place to say my goodbyes.
